1. Binding Agreement

By purchasing any product from AYMAN INFOTECH, you are entering into a legally binding agreement. You explicitly agree that these Terms supersedes any other agreement or communication. If you do not agree to these terms, do not purchase our products.

2. "As-Is" Policy & No Warranties

All products are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. AYMAN INFOTECH does not guarantee that the products will meet your specific needs or that they will be compatible with all third-party software or future WordPress versions.

3. STRICT NO REFUND POLICY

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT ALL SALES ARE FINAL. As our products are digital and downloadable, they cannot be returned. Therefore, WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS, RETURNS, OR EXCHANGES once a purchase is made. You are responsible for reading the product details before purchasing. Attempting to file a chargeback will result in a permanent ban and potential legal action to recover lost funds and damages.

4. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL AYMAN INFOTECH BE LIABLE for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses. You agreed to indemnify and hold AYMAN INFOTECH harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of our products.

5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Any claim relating to AYMAN INFOTECH's website shall be governed by the laws of the company's operating jurisdiction without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to resolve any disputes exclusively through binding arbitration, waiving any right to a class-action lawsuit or jury trial.

6. Termination of License

AYMAN INFOTECH reserves the right to terminate your license to use our products immediately and without notice if you are found to be in violation of these Terms, including but not limited to unauthorized redistribution or resale of our products.
