Frequently Asked Questions

How do I start a commission?
Simply reach out via the Contact page with your project details — style, use case, timeline and budget. I'll respond within 24 hours to discuss your vision and provide a custom quote.
How many revisions are included?
Revisions depend on the package selected. Basic includes 2, Professional includes 4, and Premium includes unlimited revisions. Major concept changes beyond the agreed scope may incur additional fees.
What file formats will I receive?
Standard packages include high-resolution JPG and PNG files. Professional and Premium tiers also include layered PSD files, SVG vector (where applicable), and any other format you require.
Do you offer a payment plan?
Yes! For commissions over $300, I offer a 50% upfront deposit with the remainder due upon delivery. Larger projects can be split into milestone-based payments.
Can I use the artwork commercially?
Commercial licensing is included with Professional and Premium packages. For Basic commissions, a commercial license upgrade is available as an add-on. Please specify your intended use when commissioning.
